💱Revenue

Meta Square generates revenue through several channels:

  1. ID creation fee: When event hosters create an ID on our platform, we charge a fee that is determined by the type of event. This fee is not fixed and varies depending on the size and complexity of the event.

  2. Transaction fee: We charge a 5% transaction fee on the total revenue generated from each event's ticket sales. This fee covers the cost of processing transactions on the blockchain and maintaining the platform.

  3. POAP royalty: We earn a percentage of the royalty each time a POAP is sold on secondary markets. This provides a revenue stream for us while also benefiting event hosters who receive lifetime royalties on their NFT ticket sales.

Event hosters also benefit from our platform's revenue model. They receive lifetime royalties on their NFT ticket sales, meaning they earn a percentage of the royalty each time their NFT ticket is sold on secondary markets. This provides an ongoing revenue stream and incentivizes event hosters to create unique and valuable events that attendees will want to collect and resell.

By generating revenue through these channels, we are able to maintain and improve our platform while also providing value to event hosters and attendees.
